Almost perfect! Loved the cool room after a hot day. A/C worked great and did not get too cold or hot in night. Breakfast was just ok. Basic. Bed was comfortable. My only complaint was bathroom was dim. All the lights functioned but as my husband said too many hotels choose mood and style over function. Especially hard for those of us with slight vision issues. Opened all blinds, turned on all lights and just too dim. Also would have been nice to have a full length mirror to make sure appearance is in order. Otherwise excellent and

The breakfast buffet was out of all the standard items when we came down at 8:30 and wasn’t restocked for 30 minutes - we didn’t have the luxury to wait. It didn’t appear anyone was attending the breakfast area as the table and food ares were dirty from previous guests - who presumably got to eat eggs and bacon, etc. The ledge in the shower was broken and almost falling off the wall. We did like the layout of room 408 and it was clean.

The room was great! Everything seemed overall cleaned. The only issue I had is that if the couch could have been steamed cleaned and possibly the carpet too.

I always select this hotel because it’s usually great customer service and excellent rooms. The last two times I have stayed here in the last month have been very disappointing. The room trash had not been emptied in the kitchen area, the mirrors were very dirty.

Good quality stay!
We enjoyed a good comfortable stay. The quality and price were quite good. The hotel was also nicely located for ease of getting around. I look forward to the next time we stay here when in Waco.
