Great location for exploring Waco and all things Fixer Upper..clean & modern, breakfast was adequate, pool was kinda misrepresented in photos tho..it's in this very small walled off area and not very inviting

This property had an excellent location! It was walkable to both the Baylor campus as well as the Magnolia market. Rooms were clean and spacious, and beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend!

The beds were so comfy. The breakfast was good. The gym was a little small, but had some free weights. The pool was cold, which is probably nice for people who want to get cooled off, but it was just a little too cold for us.
