This was my 3rd time staying at this property and I will continue to do so when I come and visit Waco and Baylor University. It is clean, quiet, the staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient….and today they helped me save on my next visit for graduation weekend. The breakfasts are basic but decent and seeing the cookies and lemonade when I arrive in the afternoons is always a nice touch!

Great night’s rest
Very welcoming and comfortable. The room was spacious and cozy. The bedding and pillows made for a great night’s sleep. The shower door did not close all the way, and the water pressure was lacking. The shower not so much but the bathroom sink had practically no pressure. Also, no fan in the toilet area of the batheoom

The only complaint I have is that the ac vent sends the air right on the head of the bed. My ear was cold. We tried to move it and block it somewhat. It got too hot if we turned the blower off.

Basic hotel along the freeway. Room was spacious. Good location and walkable. Breakfast the usual eggs, sausage, make your own waffle. Coffee very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Got a few " Howdys" in the old downtown area. So nice to hear a Texas howdy.
