We love our house because it is all brand new from the floors on up! We are loving being in an up-and-coming neighborhood and watching Waco come back to life! We are just a couple blocks to Magnolia and just a few blocks across the freeway from Baylor and around the corner from lots of food. We love the location because it is so convenient and easy to find what you need. We love the feeling in our home because it is warm and inviting and a great place to unwind with people you love! Perfect location for Magnolia
My mom and sister stayed here for 2 nights while we visited all things Magnolia. The space was adorable, clean, and felt very safe. The communication was excellent- they even provided lists of recommended restaurants and activities to do. We loved having a secure off street parking spot too!

Perfect little gem!
The house is super cute! The beds sleep great and the kitchen had just what we needed. It feels cozy but not tight. The back yard fenced in for the car felt safe and gave us privacy! We will be back again!

Mother/Daughter teip to the Silos
This was a great place to stay for my duaghter and I. Super close to the Silos and just a short drive to many restaurants and other shopping. House was clean and we felt very safe.

Good house, terrible location, need new water heater
Good house that is moderately clean and well maintained. Cold bottled water in the fridge was a nice touch. I am glad the parking was fenced in. Cons: very low pressure shower with water that turned cold after 5 minutes. Also, the neighborhood is not transitional, it is straigh up bad with a homeless shelter down the block. My main concern was that our car would get broken into at night. The neighbor next door also partied all night and it was hard to sleep when all i wanted was a good night's sleep and a good shower. Maybe the magic touch would be a new water heater and some time for the neighborhood to truely change.

Great VRBO in Waco!
We stayed in a precious little white house in Waco & it was all we needed. Cute kitchen, 2 bedrooms,Keurig coffee maker, and comfy couch. We loved that it had a fenced in parking area which made us feel safe and an ice maker in the freezer. The King bed could use a mattress topper, since it is very firm, but other than that, loved this place!

Very cute and cozy bungalow near Mangnolia Silos
We really enjoyed the stay in this cute and cozy little bungalow. It is in walking distance to downtown. The check in process is very easy and the house is very clean. We recommend this house for anyone who wants to be close to Mangnolia market. The area is safe and the gated parking is a plus.

Overall great stay. Home was a cozy and comfortable retreat after long days of shopping and site seeing. Host was communicative and prepared. Only cleanliness issue was dust that appears to be overlooked regularly by the housekeeper.

Fun Getaway!
My sister and daughter and I did a quick weekend getaway to Magnolia and Waco to sight see and shop. This cost cottage was perfect for us to stay and relax when we were done for the day! The beds and couch were comfortable!

Pleasant home with a few shortfalls.
The home was very cozy and pleasant. However, communication with the owner was very touch and go. I did not receive the check in information until I was sitting on the front porch of the property for thirty minutes, with three texts and two phone calls to the owner while wasps were buzzing around. We had to buy several cans of bug repellant and Raid to deal with a constant threat of wasps on the front porch, one of which stung me on the first day and swelling still hasn't gone down a week later. Check-in, wasps, and communication aside, the house was pleasant, the stay was productive, and my friends and I accomplished all we had hoped to at this Vrbo. It has sleek and updated kitchen appliances, as well as a very powerful and quiet AC which worked wonders in the summer heat.

A Hidden Gem
We stayed in this cottage for our time at Baylor’s orientation and it was perfect for what we needed. The house was clean, the linens smelled super fresh, and the couch was perfectly comfortable after a long day of walking around campus all day long in the hot sun. We really appreciated the gated parking as the neighborhood is a bit eclectic. The host was very quick to reply my question about the BBQ and was willing to bring us a tank of gas for it, but it had just enough to grill up our steaks. The only thing I would have liked is the lawn mowed and the outdoor table and chairs be cleaned so we could have sat outside ( we could have done it, but we’re too tired). We go back to Waco in August and this will book this little house again.
