Within a few minutes' drive, walk the trails or swim and picnic at the Lake Waconia Regional Park. The house is just 13 miles from Prince's Paisley Park and conveniently located 35 miles from MSP airport. The home has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath on the 2nd floor. Couples weekend in Waconia
This was a great location for the six of us to get together. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable space. The kitchen was well-stocked, and it had a beautiful back yard. There are a number of fun activities in the area. We would definitely stay there again.

LOVE this house! Came to town for a wedding. It was a perfect for everyone in our family. Clean, cozy, and close to everything! And the beds were so comfortable. Our other family members were jealous of our accommodations.

Best kept secret in Waconia
We came to Waconia for a wedding. This house was the perfect place for our family! It was walking distance to downtown, our wedding venue and the cutest restaurant, Lola’s. The beds, pillows and towels were all very nice. We also enjoyed the screened in porch and sauna!! We will definitely be back!!

Quiet...Relaxing...Beautiful Home with a Lot of Space
A beautiful home with lots of room for a fun gathering. We enjoyed the entire home, from the large kitchen, large living area, large dining area, and front porch, to the relaxing nice sized bedrooms, nice sized bathrooms, and a sauna to boot! Truly enjoyable. Our host, Kelly, was very responsive to any questions I had and very easy to communicate with. Anyone looking for a home to rent in Waconia would truly enjoy their stay. Thank you!!

Wonderful Place to Stay!
We were in the area for our daughter's wedding and loved staying at this property. Everything was clean and the house was perfect for our needs. The house was easy to find and we drove straight to it. The host had thought of everything and the house was well stocked. We cooked most of our meals at the house and everything we needed for food preparation and eating was provided (except the food of course). We had forgotten to buy dressing for our salad and we even found olive oil and balsamic vinegar in the cupboard to make a vinaigrette! While there, we enjoyed playing horseshoes in the backyard, and also walked a few blocks to the marina on the lake. If we are in the area again we would stay at this location in a heartbeat.

Perfect!
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. Immaculately clean, beautifully styled (but uncluttered, which we really appreciated with a two year old). Everything is bigger than it looks in the pictures and our group of six had plenty of room to spare. Check in and check out we’re both super easy and our communication with the host was lightening fast. Waconia is such a great little town and we loved being able to walk to everything. We especially enjoyed Mocha Monkey for coffee and Pangea for an amazing breakfast. We also highly recommend a distillery tour at J. Carver. All around great stay!

Exceeded expectations
We were very pleased with our experience at this property. It had all of the amenities and equipment we could have hoped for. While it is an older house, it has been meticulously maintained with significant money being spent on remodeling, especially in the bathrooms. The lower level, with a very large TV, sauna, and updated bathroom was a very nice surprise as well. We would happily rent this property again if the need arose.

Charming Waconia house
We had a lovely stay in Waconia for a long weekend. The house is beautiful with a lot of character! Plenty of space for six adults in the house plus a spacious backyard to enjoy. We had everything we needed and more- very thoughtful welcome note, treats, water plus paper goods to use for outside grilling and easy clean up. We were even able to take advantage of the sauna. Communication was prompt and seemless. We travel to the area frequently and everyone who visited said they would keep this house in mind when visiting Waconia!

Great for Gathering Family
This Waconia charmer definitely lives up to its name and Kelly is a wonderful host. This home was rented for family visiting from TN for a family wedding in Waconia on the 23rd and then to gather to celebrate Christmas. The home was immaculate and every need was taken care of. A welcome note, along with chocolates and a gift card to the local market was left to greet us upon arrival. It was close to main street Waconia and also to the church and reception for the wedding on the 23rd. Kelly responded quickly to any request. If you need a place to gather and celebrate with family or friends, we would all highly recommend this home.

What a charming house! It was the perfect place for our family to gather together and enjoy Thanksgiving. Kelly was so accommodating and helpful and went above and beyond to make things work perfectly for us. The house was well stocked, clean, very roomy, and met all our needs. The bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses, there were more bathrooms than we thought, and the downstairs was way nicer than we expected from the listing. All in all, from start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous craftsman home in a great location!
This home has everything you could want for your home away from home. That includes a fully stocked kitchen with paper supplies, and ample dishware for entertaining. Each bathrooms include additional sets of towels and extra toiletries, just in case something was forgotten. We wanted to go to the lake one day and found a bag with beach towels and cooler ready to go. Kelly has thought of everything! The home was pristinely clean and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful week visiting family in the local area and hope to stay here again.

Even better than expected!
This house was even better than the photos show. Lots of room for 5 adults, including my dad who needed a walk in shower and easily accessible. All of the little touches in the house provided by the hosts were much appreciated too. The house is within walking distance to the lake, and the nearby restaurants and bars and within east driving distance of the airport. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Group of 5 adults and 2 tweens for 4 day visit over Easter weekend to see families in the area House was perfectly set up as our home away from home. It’ll be hard to stay in hotel rooms again! Was a perfect property for my family visiting MN over the holiday season. Waconia is a nice small town west of Minneapolis, and happens to be close to family we have in the area. The home was very well put together with everything we needed. I always like the homes with character, and this one had plenty of character. It has been around awhile for sure, what my mom would call an oldy but a goody!

Very cute property in a great location, and the host, Kelly, is wonderful to work with! We were in the area for a wedding, and it was a good fit for two couples. FYI - King sized bed is upstairs with no en-suite. Just good to know if you have any trouble navigating stairs. Close to everything and such a cute town! We had a wonderful time!

This property was absolutely fantastic! Wonderful home!
Kelly has an amazing home. The spaces were well done and thoughtfully put together. I was impressed with every room in the house, which is definitely not the norm! There are all the extras you could want, including plenty of blankets and cushions in the basement area for movie watching. It rained most of our time there so we didn’t get to use the backyard, but it’s a great space to play games and have a fire. The house was a couple-block walking distance to coffee, ice cream, bars & restaurants, a fitness studio, etc. and the beach is a short drive. We stayed here as a group of girls and everyone kept saying how cute the place was and how it was such a “great find”. Thank you, Kelly!
