3 bdrm, self contained apartment; full kitchen, various cooking appliances available just ask, BBQ available if cleaned. Power cuts happen (it's rural NZ). (Bbq grills fit in dishwasher)
2 Blue Heelers live on-site, please keep them inside gates. Gates need to remain shut. Not suitable for events.
One way parking for two average sized guest vehicles. All extra vehicles or Oversized vehicles park out on Lemon Grove. Do not block the driveway. Thank you.

Cleaning is every 7th day or arranged at a time or day near the 7th day. 5 hours includes cleaning towels, bed sheets, and remaking beds, putting towels away. I had a stroke, so I'm slow but thorough.
Max occupancy is 6 guests in total including children, due to host insurance maximum.
Easy Bi-fold doors open out onto a deck with a rolling lawn, landscaping to grant you privacy from the neighbours.
Peace and charm, when it's not booked; I often sit on the deck in the pouring rain and write or read. What will you do?
Outside shoes and work boots to be taken off at the door please as is custom in the Far North. Just keep them inside by the washing machine.
It rains up here, soften daily.
Firewood can be arranged for long term guests, it is additional $160 per cube metre, stacked. Unlimited Broadband is included. Heat Pump/Air con - have at it. Electric blankets provided.
I service the house with long term stays; on 7th day. Includes Vacuum, washing linen, make beds, clean heat pump filter. Takes 5 hours. All long term stays that are over 7 days.
I am also available for babysitting or shuttling you from the airport or a winery, $25ph your car and a liability waiver). Taxis are not normally available after 8pm. If you get stranded after too much to drink, I'll come fetch you, $25ph plus $1km as per Google maps. I have a small car, so it might take two trips. Seriously taxis aren't reliable after 8pm.
