"Great property with plenty of space outside for family and friends to play and hang out , the kayaks had plenty of use as did the deck ( could probably do with a shade sail or large umbrella) . The property manager was extremely accommodating. And very easy to communicate with"

Lovely place but not a resort
"Waipu Cove is a wonderful area with a great restaurant. The apt is clean, probably new updated, but we did not feel very welcomed. Lots of written guidelines but probably this is necessary with guests on tight ground"
