Beautiful and special property. Outstanding customer service. Lots of low key and interesting activities. Great pool and gorgeous beach. The food could have been better and more fairly priced, but the staff was attentive to our concerns.

Absolutely loved staying here and definitely would recommend this hotel to all. A real gem! Outstanding service by all staff. Stunning decor throughout the hotel/resort. Beautifully designed rooms that are comfortable. Great sleep. They even have an elevator for guests to go one floor up. Lots of open indoor and outdoor spaces to relax in. Beautiful pool, and beach area. Great food. Even have gluten-free sugar-free options and are very flexible with your desired meal plans. They even surprised me with a gluten free/sugar free birthday cake. Only stayed for 3 nights but had the best relaxing experience. The staff and manager are all wonderful and treat you like family. Definitely would love to come back here in the future and don’t miss your opportunity when choosing hotels - stay here and have a fantastic vacation.

Nice place to stay. Comfortable clean rooms. I thought for this price they may make the beds. I also asked for a special request that the said they could do, but they didnt end up doing it... It was flowers on the bed for my girlfriends birthday. Then we asked if we could have one more breakfast as we were still hungry as compensation for not having power for the day and then they said no, which wasnt a big deal. Just thought they may do that. The serving staff were very nice.

Friendly staff and facilities at the hotel are good. Nearest beach is a rocky beach. Last few KM of the road leading to the hotel is very poor. This section needs to upgrade and possibly out of hotel managements' control. They may need to coordinate with the neighboring hotels and the local authority. However, signs leading to the hotel from the main road is not very clear. Google maps lead to a circuitous route. Need to upgrade the signs leading to the hotel in every junction and this is under hotel management.
