It’s a bit out of the way and the area around is a building site. It’s really quiet and you wish you were in Hiriketiya town.

Best free breakfast in Sri Lanka!

Nice small hotel on what must be one of the best beaches in the world. it was difficult to wet shave with the light. tha hanging space could be better.

The room requires a deep clean. Dirty floor mats, water timescale marks all around the shower and window. Privacy blind had mould growing on it. Sink requires timescale and bleach as plug area smelt unpleasant. Air conditioning required some overdue maintenance or replacement as it was so loud even with the terrace doors closed. Very loud music could be easily heard in the room until 5am. Breakfast area had a fly problem and need to be addressed urgently as unhygienic.

Had a great stay... only down side being we were only there for 2 nights Lovely hotel, with very friendly staff. Rooms great and well appointed.Great setting and relaxing after or before safari. Only bit of advice is dont go too late for breakfast or buffet evening meal, as its all been hoovered up. Would recommend and if we find ourself in same area again, will re book.

A great boutique type place in a fantastic location. Attention to detail is excellent and the food is superb. Friendly team all round and we would definitely return.
