This property has been listed in 7 different websites. We got the password for checkin for 2pm. We arrived the the property at 4.30pm but someone else already checked in. We got double booked and disappointed. The host only say sorry but not come up with the right resolution as family got nowhere to stay and tired. The refunds process would take up to 15 days result in no available fund for different accommodation. It has has been a bad experience for the whole year. Please consider twice before booking this property because you might end up like me. Need to cancel all my next activities and drive back to Melbourne.
There should be a penalty to the host and there should be a compensation to the travellers once this happened but there is no resolutions for this yet.
I hope the website and the host can come up with a better resolution if this could happen to other travellers. But at this point of time, I am in double to book with this website and especially with this host (Nick). Saying sorry is not good enough but providing the right resolutions is important.
