Good: price was excellent, bed very clean and comfortable. Linens were good, good hot water in shower. Bad: Bathroom floor was dirty and stained. Shower grout was moldy. Carpets were stained and unclean. Breakfast was not good unless you have children...eggs were cold and unseasoned (no S&P available) Sausage was mystery meat, potatoes seemed freshly cooked but completely unseasoned ubes not even browned. One kid put his hand on spout and caught his fruit loops coming out, directly into his mouth, repeat. Tossing my eggs I opted for raisin bran ,(no kids will choose!) ....but if you don't have kids, eat at Perkins. Coffee was good. Front desk: evening woman-didn't really want to be there, morning guy was bright and friendly. All in all of on a budget... can't likely do better, and a good night 's sleep does have value. Also very quiet.

Good location. Beds and rooms nice on the first floor. Some weird policies you do not deal with in other hotels like having to bring dirty towels to front desk if you want new ones..did not affect us as we were only staying one night

This is my second stay here and the staff is excellent. It’s very nice to have a bar in the hotel. I enjoyed my Margarita last night and slept well. The breakfast was excellent.

When we checked in Sunday evening , I had to wait for about 10 minutes to find a clerk. That was annoying. Then we got to our hotel , that was pretty dirty , the hall way & that could have used more attention. The breakfast was ok ! However needing a voucher thing was a odd part & off putting. We only used it once as the inconvenience of going to get the voichers was irritating.

First off the room was good. Air conditioning worked great! The bed spreads were stained, only one garbage an in the room, generic coffee "pods" for the machine that you could barley get to stay in the machine. The hotel maybe under renovation which if that's the case then they should let you know before booking. There are signs hanging all over the hotel with the many rules guests are expected to follow. There were gaps in the doors to the rooms and you could hear everything. Maybe the other floors are nicer but I wont be staying there again. Shocked it's a Ramada.

Stay away. This is a Motel and not a hotel. Really dirty and shady. No elevator. Short of staff. Just one staff at the reception for everything. He doesn’t have time to listen to you for anything. My room was dirty when we reached there. When asked for cleaning, receptionist simply said he is short of staff and can’t help. I had to literally clean the room by myself. I will never stay in this Motel ever again. Please stay away.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The floors down the halls were very dirty and stained. The outside door closest to the room I was staying was completely broken so anyone could walk into the hotel.

There was no hot water in evening and morning and when I call the front desk they told me it just need to warm up and leave the water on for 15 minutes. When nothing worked I checked out and explained the issues to the front desk he proceeded to tell me that everyone’s around our room was scalding hot as if I was an idiot. Spend the extra money and go across the street for an extra 10-20 bucks

I always stay here when I come back home to visit my family. Never have a problem with the room being dirty or with the staff. Front desk here is awesome and very helpful as well. Being right off of Harrison is convenient. Easy access to uptown and downtown. If you’re there on the weekends Debbie is in the Casino/Bar and she will take good care of you. Very welcoming and friendly! I never have a problem requesting for a late check out. Don’t be an ass and request it an hour before checkout. Request it at check in or if you’re staying for a couple days give them a 12 hour notice. Hope this helps :)

If you have other options. Take them. The staff were friendly enough, but the place was trash. It looked like they hadn’t cleaned in weeks. Kind of disgusting actually. And the best part. I was on the road working and they wanted to actually charge me $8 to take my FREE Continental breakfast to work with me. Probably one of the dumbest policies I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Will definitely stay elsewhere during my next job in Butte.

The hotel was extremely run down and in disrepair. The outside door locking mechanisims were missing and anyone could walk in off the street. Our bathroom door latch was missing, the mattress was stained. The second mattress springs were broken. Very dis pleased with our stay.
