The place was lovely and clean when we arrived. Plenty of room for all the kids. The lady at reception was lovely and gave me some good tips on where to find food and about the local cinema. And I could not believe it when we went to leave today and at some point in the night someone had covered our window screen with a towel so we didn’t get any frost on it! Where would you find the level of service! Love this hotel and if I come back to Wānaka I will totally be staying here and I highly recommend it for your stay.

Very welcoming and the room was largely clean and tidy but it was pretty cold and took a while to heat up being mid winter. Some of the cups needed a good scrub… And Wanaka accomodation is expensive for what you get…

Spacious, well located and good price.
Great location just on the edge of town, very friendly staff and spacious, clean and well appointed units. We had two bedrooms, a dining room table and a massive TV. We stayed for only two nights, but it'd be good for much longer. In addition, I inadvertently left something at the property and the owners have very kindly agreed to post it back to us.
