Schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln
Positiv: Das Haus ist vor kurzem renoviert worden und hat eine Klasse Ausstattung - Bäder alle neu und sogar mit Dampfbad. Sehr nah zur Innenstadt und zum Strand. Der Verwalter/Hausmeister vor Ort war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Negativ aufgefallen ist mir: - es wird als "Familienhaus" beworben aber ist sicher kein "Familienhaus" - keine Steckdosensicherung - keine Treppensicherung auf der Terrasse - nicht für jede Wohnung ein Bollerwagen - kein Backofen - sehr spartanische Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien - Spinnweben in der Dampfsauna
