Poor stay.
Room was cold as was the shower. I have stayed here many times for work, reported these issues in the morning, but no follow up. Also getting a VAT receipt for my meal was an issue.

We had a nice stay at this hotel which was in a good location. Good value for money which included a very nice breakfast. Mattress was a bit old and uncomfortable and could do with being replaced.

The property is fairly old so presents a few challenges for some with limited mobility, like me. However, when I asked to change my room due to a tricky set of stairs with no handrail causing issues, it was swifty dealt with and my luggage was moved. It is a nice hotel with a very nice terrace overlooking the sea. Breakfast is very nice and sitting on the terrace overlooking the sea is a very pleasant experience.
