How do you like the sound of the Foster Golf Club and Prom Country Visitor Information Centre? These awesome attractions are in Foster, just 19 kilometres northeast of Waratah Bay. Or maybe Inverloch Visitor Information Centre and Screw Creek Nature Walk are more up your alley? To see them, travel to Venus Bay, 25 kilometres to the northwest.

Moe, 70 kilometres to the north, may be worth a day trip. You can use it as a base when swinging by Gippsland Heritage Park, Edward Hunter Heritage Bush Reserve and Lake Narracan. If you need more persuading, other close by attractions include the Moe Golf Course and Old Gippstown - Gippsland's Heritage Park.
