Surprisingly sweet suite!
This was a last-minute trip to attend a family affair—but boy was it the right choice! Extremely convenient location next to restaurants and shopping. Indoor pool. Gym. Free breakfast. Kitchen area with all the amenities. Very new, modern interior, so absolutely no complaints!

The televisions do not have WiFi linked to them so you are unable to stream what you would like to. Their House People will come and be very unprofessional and not fix the issue and then act like it was an oversight. I will never return to this property.

The hotel itself was fine. It was clan and comfortable. The pool left a lot to be desired. It is not cleaned frequently. My biggest complaint comes after check out. I stayed here with 3 of my grandchildren. After leaving my 15 yr old grandson realized he had left a necklace containing some of his mother's ashes in the room. She passed away less than a year ago. I called as soon as we realized and was told someone would check the room and to call back in 10 minutes. I did and was told they hadn't found it yet but there was a line of people needing assistance and i would get a call back. No one called back. I called again at 5:30 and retold the story. This time someone went up to the room and found it. I asked if it could be mailed out to my grandson and was told to send a shipping label. I was flabbergasted that a hotel i had just paid over $200 a night couldn't just put a young boys mother's ashes in the mail.

The staff was the most friendly! The property is beautiful with incredible views of the Bogg. I didnt love paying 3.50 for the dryers. I stay in a few Marriotts a week and its aways been 2.00(i dry a lot of bathing suits).

Great stay great staff
The service was just simply wonderful. The rooms were clean and smelled sooo good. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.
