Amazing Warrambool
Banyan Place was such a comfortable and relaxing accomodation. Such a beautiful property. Owner was so friendly and surprised us with chocolate treats. So close to the city centre, beach walks and great restaurants on the beach front. Mineral springs were a must. We will return.

This is a lovely apartment - clean, spacious and comfortable. I was welcomed by chocolates and wine on arrival, which was a fantastic way to start. The kitchen is great, and even has a few herbs, condiments etc to assist with cooking. The apartment is in a good location - walking distance to shops, restaurants and the foreshore. Highly recommended.

Nice but noisy
The apartment was very cosy, clean and inviting. But unfortunately the acoustics in the building made my stay very uncomfortable. Everything that happened in the above apartment sounded really loud and felt like it was happening in my own room. eg their walking, sounded like stomping and every time they shut a door it sounded like the door was slamming and things in my apartment would vibrate and would make the light in the lounge room flicker. I had to buy ear plugs from the chemist so I could sleep. Apart from that, everything else was really nice, clean, tidy and a good bed. The shower was only luke warm with low pressure.
