A crowd of people at breakfast, no place to sit. out of 3 coffee machines, one worked. the other was waiting for water to be replenished.
When asked to make coffee in an express in the bar next to the reception, no reaction. Long queues.
After a request to open the conference room so that guests could have breakfast at the table, after a while we managed to do at least as much.
The whole thing took quite a long time, the staff, if not requested, did not see a problem with it.
