Having stayed here before, I knew how convenient the hotel is for the city. It is adjacent to a large shopping mall and the palace of culture & a nice 25 min walk to the Old Town to take in some lovely culture. The hotel is clean, with very friendly staff, only marked down slightly due to some internal renovations going on, which didn’t impact at all, but was less aesthetically pleasing than previous visits in the reception area, but definitely didn’t dampen the experience & would definitely recommend staying there.

Excellent location if planning day trips to other cities by train. The train station and Palace of Culture are one block away. Breakfast was really good and their dining room was renovated while we were there, with good final results.

I took the cheapest room. It was modern, led lighting, big TV, and with inner view. Definitely will choose to stay again.

Not sure where to start. The rooms and the hotel is dated. Everyday at exactly 9 am we could hear a drill waking everyone’s up. It drilled for 5-10 minutes and stopped. The air conditioning was very loud and had to turn it off every evening as it stopped us from falling asleep. You can hear guest behind the wall either ralking or taking a shower. There is also a noticeable noise from outside. The housekeeper entered our room twice although we explicitly left the ‘do not disturb card’ outside. When called the reception about cutlery, they advised us to call the restaurant next door but also to collect the cutlery in-person. Otherwise we would be charged. The rooms didn’t have water bottles or basic things like spoons. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
