The sheets smelled terrible in one of the bedrooms, like they were not changed after previous guests. Disgusting , we realized too late and didn’t get to mention to the hotel staff. We slept without the sheet since it was unbearable to use the one provided. Too bad as I thought I finally found the hotel that I would be going back to.

What a pleasant surprise. Located in the center of town easily accessible to the train station and airport train, the place was a 1-bedroom flat with plenty of room, a kitchen (though honestly I ate out all the time), and loads of ambiance. For the price, it was amazing. And so easily accessible to old town and the rest of Warsaw’s great places. What a value.

Stayed just for one night, great central location. Property was clean and we had the superior apartment we booked and it was just like the photos. It did need a little touching up here and there and it probably wouldn’t be any good for more than a night or two but we were not cooking. Great having a second bedroom for the teenager. Staff were polite and booked us a taxi back to the airport. Overall a good experience.

Great location to train station, shopping and lots of restaurants. Person at front desk was friendly and allowed me to check in early when room was ready. But no hot water in the shower. Ugh.

Fantastic positioning, quiet next to lots of restaurants and bars. Easy walk to stadium and the heart of the old town. Would recommend and hope to stay again.

This was a perfect apartment for exploring the city of Warsaw on foot - walkable to the university area, shopping, and the old town. The apartment had a reasonable kitchen and bathroom. We only stayed one night but we could have happily lived there for two weeks. It is on a shopping street opposite the Atlantic Cinema. Lots to do in the area. Only problem is that the listing states that they have a shuttle to the airport. They don't. It didn't matter at all as it was easy to get a taxi. Since it's on a walking street the taxi has to drop you off a short walk away which was fine. It was easy to find a taxi back to the airport at a taxi rank very nearby. It would have been good to have an email about this when we enquired about the airport shuttle. None of this deters our recommendation - we would certainly go back and for a longer stay. The staff were lovely and the VIP bottle of wine was really tasty.

My second and last visit
It's my second time in this place (the first a few years ago), and before it was quite ok because this place has an excellent location, but this time the location is not enough, the guy in reception was surly. The rooms did not change over the years, or even I can say they look much worst. Everything is old (not stylish, just old), with dirty curtains, and even not the same 2 glasses in the apartment. For sure it will be my last stay in this place.

Good large apartment. Could have done with a coat of paint. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Heating turned off (we were told this is a government thing that it’s turned off as soon as the weather gets warmer) Comfortable sofa. Loads of storage/wardrobe space. Helpful staff. Good breakfast at nearby Bordo restaurant (we were given vouchers for this.
