There was black mold on the blinds and ceiling as well as mosquitoes in the room due to the standing water. The room looked really nice, but definitely needed maintenance due to water leaking from the ceiling and mold. I tried to reach out to the hotel through expedia and IG, but did not receive a response. Some of the hotel staff like the door men were very nice and courteous, but other staff weren't.

Location and Great Service

I stayed here because of the location near the Metro and the Kennedy Center, and it was great. (The weather however sucked, I walked through ankle deep water to get to the Kennedy Center druing an epic thunderstorm.) The staff was helpful with suggestions for breakfast out. Checkout was a breeze.

Stayed for only a night. Was alright. We stayed in the accessible room and the hand railings in the room basically off the falling apart from the way. Room was big and from what I could see clean, but it doesn’t look as “good” as the pictures. It did the job and didn’t feel like I was sleeping in a funky room/ bed. 3/5 stars is reasonable for this hotel
