Had a business trip to Arlington and brought my wife and 2 daughters. The apartment was perfect. Well furnished, clean and had plenty of anything needed. The location is a secured building with views from the roof of the Capital. As far as location, it was so well placed for so many dining options and quick access to transportation. Next we are out in DC, we will be checking to see if the apartment is available! Thanks!

The pictures for the property are not accurate. As soon as you walk in you can see a difference in condition. There are so many dings, dents, and broken items you are worried what they might get you for after your stay. There was not enough towels or soap. The kitchen was poorly stocked. we also found a large staple in the bed in the middle of the night.

Located in nice, clean neighborhood. Close to Arlington Cemetery, DC attractions, and Reagan Airport. Only downside is paid parking on weekdays 6 AM-4 PM.

The property was not as nice as I had expected. I loved the secure parking and the security of the building with key card required for entry and for use of the elevators, this made us feel very secure. I loved it's proximity to the Metro and the restaurants up the street on the way to back from the Metro. I was disappointed in seeing some bugs, specifically as we were on the 7th floor.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The communication was quite easy and the residence staff were very responsive. The flat itself was great, very spacious, beautifully arranged with modern look and furniture, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped and the washing and drying machines came in handy since we stayed for 4 nights as a part of a long trip. We enjoyed so much our stay that we would definitely come back and use this residence when in the area.

Plenty of space for our family of four plus large dog. Extremely comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Very spacious and luxurious bathrooms. The living room sofa was the perfect bed for our daughter but it would work well for two adults if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dinning table sits 6 people. There is no furniture in the big balcony but you have a key fob that give you access to the roof top with a large outdoor space and pool. The views from there are incredible. We will def go back next time we visit our family in Dc.

One of the best properties I have ever stayed! Communication with the host is easy, they answered to all my queries. The property is excellent with a great location. Much better than a hotel. Great spot needs a little TLC
The overall layout, building amenities and location were absolutely perfect, check-in was a breeze and this was exactly what I needed for my trip. However, as a previous poster mentioned the carpet is FILTHY. Light carpet should never be used in a rental - stains/ huge bleach spots EVERYWHERE. Also, I don't know what happened in this place but every wall needs a fresh coat of paint from more scuffs than I can count. You can see where they tried to paint over a few spots, but the original paint is matte and the touch up is shiny. The master bath had a toilet that would run every 30 minutes (couldn't hear if you shut the door luckily) and the shower I couldn't get to switch over completely from the tub so I had to shower in the other bathroom. All not huge deals but worth noting.

I was disappointed because this apartment had a ton of potential and I liked the building amenities (beautiful rooftop views and a nice gym), new kitchen and floor to ceiling windows. But, the carpets were covered in stains that I have to believe were from pets because my allergies were really bad while I stayed there - and the walls were filthy. The hallways smelled like trash. I wanted to check out again as soon as I walked in. Too bad, would have really liked to have an alternative to staying in hotels when I come to work in the area. Would reconsider if the apartments had tile or wood floors and fresh paint. Not worth the 4-star hotel prices I paid to stay.
