Room was disgusting. I stayed in the room for a couple of hours but honestly I felt so disturbed by how dirty the room was. The carpet was full of holes and filthy, same with the bed sheets. I found bugs under the mattress and I was afraid to sit or lay on the bed. The TV was broken, the desk was cracked, and the smell was very odd. I just took my stuff and left and stayed at the Hampton Inn across the street. Double the price but it was much cleaner and I actually didn't feel disgusting staying in the room.

It was not even a stay. I arrived and the office was locked, no signage with instructions, and no one in office. I tried to call hotel a half dozen times in a 15-20 minute period and nothing. Waited in a poorly lit parking lot for 30. Contacted Hotels.com explained to them i didnt fel safe waiting for over 30 minutes. They made attempts to communicate with the hotel...nothing. I have been waiting for a refund and based on emails from Hotels.com there has been little to no communication with hotel.

Not clean, no water pressure and no hot water from sink, faucet and shower handle coming off wall, terrible overwhelming smell throughout entire room, everything felt grimy, crazy people walking around outside yelling and the door next to my room had the handle ripped out and a man was staying there anyways. Random people knocking on my door. No matter what you do, do not stay here.

POOP smelling room!
The Hotel was disgusting. I had to wait for for management to arrive to check-In and check-out. The guy that was at the front desk didn't speak English, and wasn't able to assist. He just stated that his boss would be back. Once I got to my room I just wanted a refund and to leave. It was non-refundable. The sheets and blankets were nasty, and the bathroom sink was stopped up. I went to management for new sheets, but they didn't have any. I let them know the sink was stopped up, and they called a plumber to come out. Once the plumber got there, he was able to unclog the sink, but he didn't clean up his mess AT ALL! The entire room smelled like poop. I went to the office and let them know, and he stated housekeeping would be on the way. I also stated I only want to do one night, and to refund me for the other night. After some time, I went back to the office to check on the status of housekeeping. It was already late. Guess what?! Management wasn't there, and housekeeping NEVER CAME! I was so stuck at what to do with it being so late. I slept on top of the covers, and never used the disgusting bathroom, and the room smelled like POOP the entire night. I woke up, and went to the office, to get my refund and return the key. Myself and 5-6 other customers were waiting outside the locked office for management for over an hour. Some folks left. I eventually just left. Budget Host Alexandria did not refund me, and charged me for both nights. I would like a refund for both nights

The sink was disconnected from the drain so if you tried to use it water just went right on the floor. The room had clearly not been cleaned in quite some time. It smelled strongly of cigarettes and the smoke detector had been removed. The bedsheets and many parts of the wall had cigarette burns on them. The microwave started running on its own and needed to be unplugged to be stopped. Basically everything was either disgusting or broken. This place is genuinely unsafe. Do not stay here!

I don't recommend this place at all. Should cost $20 max. Dirty, no towels, tv is not working. I was afraid to sleep on bed sheets, gladly I had a blanket with me. The office is locked, I tried to ring the bell and knocked but he did not bother to open literally 5 minutes after I checked in. All I wanted is a towel.

There was no towels in the room. Very difficult to meet staff as the office is always not around. Even though there is Coinbase stands to but snacks and water but we’re not working at all. It is generally clean inside though. The price is also cheap.
