Stay was excellent. Great room and customer service. When the room was cleaned one day, there were no body towels left but hospitality was super quick. Also there was no hot water.

It’s a beautiful hotel on the inside and the room was well maintained. The TV was very basic, however, and I had trouble streaming or getting an HDMI cable to work. Still great for the price I paid

The staff was very friendly. However the room we stayed in was not clean. There was a pair of rolled up dirty women’s underwear tucked behind the tv stand and there was hair in the shower. Looks like they rushed to get us into a room and did the bare minimum when cleaning. When I brought it to the man’s attention who was working the front desk he did apologize. However still gross.

The room and the staff at the front desk were very nice. HOWEVER... I forgot my wallet in the room and housekeeping found it. Later that night when i checked my wallet $120.00 dollars was gone. Jashan, who was working the front desk could not have been nicer, and i know he had nothing to do with removing the cash. But I do know the money was there day before and gone the day after and there is only one place my wallet was when it was not with me. Your hotel! I think it is pretty disgraceful that your staff helped themselves to my money... I don't think i will be staying at a Hyatt again soon!!!

It was not as good as it was at Chicago and New York Hyatt. From the beginning there was a confusion about Free Breakfast. We had to keep explaining them at every step that its covered with Hotel Booking. Every person was starting the conversation, your breakfast charges are extra. Then, we were given the room without shower door and no exhaust in washroom. Carpet inside the room was filthy and even the layout of the room given room size was not convincing. Unnecessary partition wall. Even though they took care of breakfast charges as per our booking and gave us free parking due to washroom inconvenience, it wasnt as good experience as we had expected given our previous experience with Hyatt. Also, intercom was not working. Tried to reach them few times and end up walking to the reception every time.
