Stayed here for a two week visit to DC and had a great experience. Be aware that the rooms are small, but that is by design and I felt the layout was very efficient. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, lots of restaurants, and stores nearby with a metro station just a block away

The heat in the room did not work very well. Then when I tried to contact the front desk, they did not answer the phone on multiple tries. I walked downstairs, and the front desk person said she would "reset" the system for my room, but that it might take over an hour to get warmer - it never really did. She did offer me another blanket.

The room was not hypoallergenic as requested. I had a terrible hive outbreak in reaction to the heavy chlorine in the towels and washcloths. Although the rooms were tiny they were fabulous and the restaurant bar was very nice! Nia was the best startender!! Her mixology skills were outstanding! Generally the people at the front weren’t nice or welcoming, they acted as if they were bothered by any questions or requests. I probably would not stay here again
