Best hotel I've ever stayed at

Staff was kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Rooms are small but very cozy. The perfect size honestly. I love the company's environmentally conscious business model. It's clearly reflected in the hotel itself. Room was very clean and welcoming. The high tech aspects of the room were so fun and added to the luxury feel. 15/10 will absolutely be back to a CitizenM

High tech, well thought designs. Room temperature control did not work too well with room iPad which controls everything. There are bunch of fast e- bike and scooters riders around the area at night. Overall nice hotel.

The hotel has an amazing atmosphere and the bar area is beautiful. But the hotel is very small and can only fit two adults, so book accordingly.

This hotel was excellent. The cozy yet efficient room was perfect and I loved the lighting and layout. Nice and quiet at night too! Staff was present and friendly and the property itself is well maintained. The only negative was the area outside the property. A lot of riff raff and sketchy individuals. If you're used to city life, this isn't too off-putting. Close to the train and nice places to eat nearby.

The room looked fantastic. The controllable lights. The double curtain. The vibe was there. But the tablet stopped controlling the tv and I had to use my phone through the app to control the tv. Which is a great backup actually because I stayed at a Hampton inn, and they remote died and they had no replacement. Only real bummer is the bed is kinda stiff, and not tall person friendly. Also disappointed they didn’t have hbo or any premium channels. But I honestly loved the vibe so much that I didn’t want to leave. I was actually sad at checkout.
