Very clean and comfortable room. Staff all friendly and helpful. Nearest Metro station is a 4 minute walk away. Hotel is in a great location for all the sights. Good onsite food and bar. Opposite the hotel is a great supermarket and Starbucks a minute away. Overall excellent, would happily return and recommend.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at CitizenM. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arriving in my room, I was disappointed that the ipad wasn’t cleaned as it had fingerprints from the previous guests. My room was also missing wash clothes. The temperature in the room was very cool considering operating the temperature from the ipad and turning the heat on max. The room was very compact, as it worked for me as a solo traveler. A special thank you to Riley at the bar, as she was super sweet and very attentive.
