This property should not be called a hotel — it’s much closer to a hostel. The rooms are extremely small, more like Japanese capsule accommodations, yet priced as if they were standard hotel rooms. They promote themselves as clean and tech-focused, but in reality, neither claim holds up. On our first night, a heavy wooden reel cover from the so-called “smart shades” fell from the ceiling onto the bed. It could have caused a serious injury had anyone been near the window. The staff offered only an apology, with no meaningful follow-up. If you’re looking for a true hotel experience, I’d strongly recommend staying elsewhere

We find it extremely inconvenient that the hotel itself doesn't provide laundry services, nor there is any self-serve laundry within reasonable waling distance. Further, having the washing basin in the room and not in the bathroom is another fail. Room is tiny by US standard.

This was a nice hotel with a great location, easy access to the metro. The only thing was the room darkening shade in our room would not go up so we had to stay in a dark room rather than have some natural light. That was a lot of money to pay for a room with broken amenities.

Small capsule size rooms resulting in claustrophobic environment with price similar to other hotels in the area. One king bed is against the wall. Not for couples or families. It is self check in and check out with unfriendly kiosk person. The only good thing is close to Capital Hill. Lot of homeless folks in the area.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise! Crazy modern, but with a quirky charm, I quickly realized that I liked the place! The check-in experience was a bit odd, and too self service oriented, but the hotel was crazy clean, the bartenders were good, and there was just enough food on the bar menu to keep me satisfied.
