Don’t do it. Bed bugs, constant issues with access to the building, elevators, room. Terrible communication and inability to solve issues through their corporate contacts. I rarely leave negative feedback for accomodation but this requires it. Please avoid. Choose anywhere else.

This place was a terrible choice for accomodation. Our planned stay needed to be extended due to the winter storm and they could not have made it more difficult. There would be 20 plus messages per day attempting to book additional nights and in the end I would just book through Expedia as they could not manage to rebook us directly. There were rooms available yet we were just passed from person to person with the prospect of no accomodation during a city shut down. We also had bed bugs and many bites. We continually lost key access to the building and our room as the app used as your key constantly stopped working. We were forever spending time having to get access to the building, then to the floor, then to a person who could reset our access. Don’t stay here, there are so many other options in DC. I have travelled internationally for decades and this was the worse experience I have had.

I was not permitted entry to the unit for over 3 hours in subzero temperature. "Customer service" staff was hostile and refused to provide a refund even after continuing to not provide door codes for access to the unit.. Expedia was also no help despite my status. Ultimately I was not able to access the unit until almost midnight as I left the property site with all my luggage and only returned when I was able. Unit did not have a functional shower or dryer. Unit was freezing. Customer service never responded to a single request despite them bragging about onsite service. I would not have continued to stay there but for their absolute refusal to refund my money despite the crap accommodations.. Expedia should not allow them to list on their site.

I didn’t see any bad reviews until after I booked and a lot of the bad reviews mentioned cleanliness and I would somewhat agree. The couch had a smell, and the countertops and tables and other areas could’ve been more clean. They needed to be wiped down even on top of the stove. Yeah I get it’s in and out experience different people been there, but there’s a way to upkeep that. The bed was soft and lumpy so it wasn’t super comfortable. The building is nice. It’s quiet. It’s in a good neighborhood. Would I book here again 50-50 I think I would first look for somewhere else that has the same concept. In terms of using your phone or a code to go in and out the building I had no issues with that at all people that issues, I assume are not tech savvy. Housekeeping needs to do a better job that would be my number one complaint. They make it look presentable, but they don’t clean it with effort
