The front desk was short staffed and we waited 15mins to be checked in. However, the receptionist was very apologetic and upgraded our room to compensate for the inconvenience. We had a lovely room and loved the hotel.

Room is dated and old, No water pressure
zero water pressure in this hotel! Rooms are dated like a old motel, tub showers not walk in. no water pressure you can't even wash the shampoo out of your hair its so back. The rooms looked totally different online. they want $25 for 2 eggs and hashbrowns and I search for place that included breakfast. They have resort fees and $60 parking in additions. I'm pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, my experience at The Hamilton in Washington, DC, fell short of expectations. While the ambiance and service were fine, they failed to honor my VIP rewards, which was incredibly disappointing. It was the primary reason I chose this venue, and not receiving what I was entitled to really dampened the overall experience. For what I paid, I expected much better attention to detail. Won't be returning anytime soon unless they address their loyalty program issues.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Location was fantastic. The room left something to be desired. Bathroom wasn’t fully prepped with towels and bath mat. Garbage cans were not emptied on arrival. Toilet and shower could have worked better and tub felt like it was sinking in the middle. Overall the facilities could be better. It was not a bad experience, the bed, pillows, blankets - all extremely comfortable! Great storage and having a small fridge was wonderful.

The front desk women are horrible down grading people. Very nasty from the beginning. Not only with me but with other guest I over heard how nasty they would talk. They love giving sarcastic answers. To stay for more than one day never cause I’ll never stay with women this rude.

I would not stay here again. I paid for the rooms on Expedia and then was charged for those rooms again by the hotel. They did not give us our $20 food and beverage credit, nor was our room upgraded even though it was VIP access. I had to call and ask for it after our stay was over! People in the halls were noisy. The rooms are clean and location is convenient but the workers are not very friendly or helpful.
