Leaving the property early in the morning it really smelled bad But other than that room was spacious clean and beautiful Genet was very helpful even when she had a long line due to so many flights being canceled Will visit again

One night stay fail
I came down to get ready for an event and the room was awful. It was a handicap room which was not in room details so my gown I was wearing had to hang in the bathroom because the hooks were so low. I am a shower snob and the water pressure was nonexistent like it rained outside harder that day. Great they have a free shuttle for guest for local. My event is 3 miles away. Nope only for airport or 1 mile. Sign at the front desk did not say that but it was implied I guess. This was not for my taste business or personal.

When I checked in the staff did not tell me when breakfast was. I know is written on a wall. She also didn’t say how to access the internet, I knew all these because I had stayed in a different property by Hilton the weekend before. But she didn’t know that.

This property was very convenient due to its proximity to Washington, DC. The lobby and room were clean and welcoming. What I didn't care for was the sour smell of the water from the faucet in the restroom. The faucet was also set far from the edge of the sink which caused water to puddle on the counter. I had to use hand towels to soak up the water to prevent it from spilling on the floor. I was also disappointed that the hotel did not have a pool. I blame myself that I didn't check all the amenities before booking. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again.

Upon check in, there were no hand towels or wash clothes in the room. We requested some—-did not get. The next morning we called again. They brought some up so took another shower then hair dryer did not work. Requested one twice and after over an hour we left. One towel the night we checked in had a long hair on it. The tub mat had several hairs on it. The shampoo was completely out . Requested 2 days. Never got any.. Very dissatisfied and disappointed as we always heard great things about Hampton Inns

Genet was superbly professional and accommodating, as we had an unexpected layover and were very tired and stressed. Hotel was lovely and clean, and for once the room was indeed accessible from all areas for my son who has quadriplegia. Thank you for a brief respite from our stressful situation.
