I loved everything! The best part was the concierge named Dominique she was excellent and friendly and had the best costumer service ever!!!! Will definitely come back to see her and the hotel again

The staff was friendly and helpful. However the two rooms we had were musty and smelled like 3 backpackers and a wet dog had slept there. It did not get any better. In the end our clothes, coats, towels, suitcases smelled of mildew . We could not make the rooms comfortable with either AC or heat. Hilton seriously needs to address the ventilation system in this hotel. Also, they "ran out" of bottled water and a couple of items on the very limited menu.

Property is updated but our room did smell stuffy and old. Doors “stuck”. I was disappointed that they did not offer free breakfast here as they do at most Garden Inns. When I asked, it was not clear, other guests also appeared confused about it. They said that they would give a discount and apologized and would follow up with me. None of that was done

The rooms were only cleaned every other day. So, for us that was just once. When the room was cleaned the maid accidentally through out the plastic end caps to my two Nikon batteries. I was charging one at the time. Only one tiny bar of face soap.

The location is good, close to the Metro. The nearby restaurants are also good. The only concern is the check in process. The check in time is 12.00pm, while I arrived at the hotel at 11.30am, I am not allowed to check in. It seem too strict.
