I liked that the hotel was close to the White House and the Metro station. We were able to walk around and find things to do in the area. The room looked a little outdated. When I checked in, I requested to be on a high floor and got a suite on one of the lower floors. I even spoke with a Hilton Honors rep, checked in through their app, and still didn’t get the room I requested. I’d give this hotel a 3.5 stars out of 5 stars.

Location, Location, Location!!
Excellent location. Short walk to White House and museums. On opposite corner to McPherson Square Metro station where you can catch the silver line straight to Dulles International Airport (1 hour travel time). Breakfast good and waitress friendly and keeping things clean and tidy. Bedroom large and comfortable.

Location is a plus for this property, Downtown Washington close to Main memorials and monuments. The Staff was very good, always ready to help at all time. We did not like the hotel conditions as it feels old, not renovated nor fresh, ice machine in the hallways made it feel as a 80.00usd x night a lot different of the almost 200.00usd x night.
