Easy walking to just about everywhere. There's also a shared bike station a block away. Although there isn't a lot in the way of restaurants/shops in the immediate area, within a 10 minute walk there's plenty to do and see. Felt very safe. Staff were lovely.

The staff were sweet. However, the area around the property was loud, had a homeless encampment around the corner, fights in front of the building, and no amenities (free breakfast, etc). I will not be staying here again.

The Metro is right across the street. Unfortunately, we reserved a room with 2 Queen beds, and we got a room with a King bed and pull out sofa. This would be great if I was with my husband, not with my 23 year old son who is 6'4 and 250lbs. They never told me this at check in, so when I called from our room all we got was sorry. It was very uncomfortable for my son. Very nice waitress for breakfast.

I think your experience will be based on what room you get. I was unlucky enough to be given a room overlooking an external courtyard containing very very noisy air conditioning until. So the room was dark which was kinda depressing, and it was like sleeping next to a jet engine. Disappointing.

The property is nice. Plenty of access to dinning. They double charge me on the room deposit however. The money came out immediately but won’t be returned for a day or two with the normal security deposit. Room was nice and staff was nice. Just be wary of how much they charge you. I was told one thing and charges another
