At check-in, there was no mention of how to get on the hotel’s wi-fi and no literature in the room so I had to call the lobby. Also, there was no mention that morning coffee was available in the lobby. It was day 4 of my weeklong stay before I left the room early enough to notice there was coffee. The room I had had a drape with one hook off so there was a gap in the middle where I had a lot of difficulty trying to keep the drapes overlapped in the middle. Other than that, the location is good and within walking distance of Union Station where multiple transportation options are available. The street is also fairly safe for walking compared to farther north and west. Generally, it’s a good hotel and the room is comfortable.

The area in general was nice had plenty of eating and market options and the room was very spacious the only issue we had was that our sink was clogged and no one came to fix after we called. The parking is very limited and in the evening the area doesn't feel as safe to walk around.

We came in fairly late so I take that into consideration but my room looked like someone checked in and then left towels were used and soap carpet was stained and there were burn holes in the curtains water pressure was horrible in the shower had to stand close to it to wash off..

The bathroom mirror & wallpaper were peeling & the shower head wouldn't stay where you put it. The service at the restaurant was very very slow, 10-15 minutes to be greeted, we weren't allowed to sit in the dining area, just the bar where you sat under the a/c vent. When our starter, salad & entrée were finally served all at once the hot food got cold really fast because of the air blowing on it so I didn't eat much of it. Cold food cold, hot food hot & stage the courses.

Even though the neighborhood was great, the people at the hotel werent that much. Front desk wasnt much help and were not friendly. People at the breakfast buffet were very friendly and accomodating.
