Hilton domestic violence
Domestic violence in room next to me. Called security. Do not think they addressed situation. Man in room next door continued to be loud and scream at a woman. Asked to move rooms. Security made me uncomfortable with their questions and were rude. Front desk handed me new room card and barely acknowledged issue making us feel discriminated. We packed all of our stuff at midnight and moved rooms. New room had broken refrigerator door which I smashed into with my leg causing an injury. Door would not close. So drinks and food stored there did not stay cold. Fan would not turn off on wall unit. So it was very cold all night in room as fan blew almost directly onto one side of bed. Terrible terrible experience and no compensation at checkout. Just a sorry and have a good day

The furniture is marred, dingy and scratched. The bed and bath were excellent. I would have appreciated knowing about the $ 100 hold per night prior to booking the room. 100 per night is exploitative. I will not choose this hotel again.
