Found a roach in the room second day morning, reported to the front desk. They seemed ask the terminator to come and spray and it wool a little while for them to confirm when I called, which made me wonder if they ever did. Overall staff is friendly.

Would I stay at this property again? No. The location was adequate. We still had to use an Uber especially if traveling to the Capitol. The breakfast was fair, at best. The food was always cold, but at least there was cereal, yogurt, and coffee. Twice I asked the front desk to refill the conditioner, and they never did it. There were two washing machines and one dryer. One washing machine didn't work for the first couple of nights, and the dryer wasn't working on two nights. This is unacceptable especially since there are 175 rooms. We packed very little since we flew with only carry-ons. The good things were that the staff was very nice. I even ordered some umbrellas from Amazon and the staff held them until I could retrieve them.

Small apartment style. Spacious compared to regular hotel rooms. Has a small kitchen and a fridge but not very well equipped. Everything is quite dated but it's practical for longer stays.

Great, a little small but it had everything we need including laundry mat downstairs, amazing buffet style breakfast daily and Wednesday night snacks which was great. They provided extra towels anytime. They only clean the room every other day which was ok. Very centrally located. I would stay here again they provided a playpen too

Fine breakfast. Standard scrambled eggs. Had BBQ meat at breakfast. Saw a small cockroach in our room. Parking a car is expensive ~$70 a night, we didn’t have a car so it didn’t impact us. Walk to the National Mall in 20 mins.
