No ice machine but they have ice packed in zip locks on each floor. Wth. Wheelchair accessible rooms but no ramp in lobby. Mind you, they have a few steps for you to walk up to get to the elevator.

The room was beautiful and the balcony was perfect to enjoy the 50 degree weather in early November. The staff were friendly and the breakfast at Firefly was amazing with decent prices.

This is a nice upscale hotel. The service is warm and hospitable. The room we stayed in was roomy. The restaurant bar very good. The gym left something to be desired but we made due.

The staff was courteous and the hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable. It is in a good location. However, the shower head barely worked and the flow of water coming out of it was minimal. Also, the room lacked sufficient plugs and USB ports for a modern hotel.

Not perfect but comfortable stay.
Great stay but not so great room housekeeping. Had to call the front desk every day for little things like a towel or coffee. And once they brought up 3 floor rugs instead of bath towels. Thankfully they do provide a bathrobe which was beautiful and comfortable. Great sized room. Overall not a bad stay. Great front desk staff.

Favorite place to stay in DC. Love the spacious and thoughtfully designed rooms. Can get pricey depending on the season; however, mostly worth it for comfort and consistency.
