This was a great location for a family gathering in Arlington. Ubers were convenient into the Capitol and there are a number of restaurants nearby. There's a Safeway 2 blocks away.

Not great, but I got some sleep.
My room was non-smoking, but smelled strongly of smoke. A/C came from a window unit that started beeping at 2 AM and wouldn't stop. So I shut it off. Staff were friendly and the night was otherwise quiet.

I wasn't expecting a lot from a 3 star review. But I wasn't expecting the stinky smell, stained carpets and overall speedy building. And, the killer was having to call the desk (not a friendly guy) to remove a hugh(in my opinion) roach from my bathroom. I recommend you spend a little more $$. Don't stay here.

Property and rooms need fresh paint and need to do something about smoke/pot smell BUT rooms were clean(zero dust) and beds (full size not queen) were clean and comfortable. Location is good!

Nothing like the pictures. The hallway smelled like weed. The carpet was soggy. Inside the rooms were smelly and the front service was poor. Hallway was loud at late hours of the night. Fridge made a high pitched noise all night, and super loud bass noise coming from the room that woke us up at 11pm. I will never stay here again.

the rooms were pretty much what you expect from 2 star hotel, the bed and shower were all right, but I have never seen carpet that dirty, ever. It was just disgusting. And my room was not an exception, I saw some other rooms with doors open. Location is convenient, only 15 - 18 min drive from Regan airport and about the same distance from Washington DC downtown. Be aware that there are hardly any places to eat nearby, so consider it, if you do not have a car. After all, it worked for me, I had to find a place to stay for 2 nights in the very short notice and I could not find anything available in 5 miles radius from downtown for less than $400 per a night.
