I am absolutely appalled by my experience at this hotel. I used the valet service for only one night, which was charged to my credit card. However, I was later shocked to discover that my card was charged for THREE nights of valet service, despite only using it for one.
I immediately reached out to the hotel manager, who assured me that an investigation would take place, and that I would be contacted once they figured out what had happened. Unfortunately, that was the last I heard from her. Days passed, and no follow-up was made.
I have since called the property multiple times to inquire about the charge, but no one seems to have any answers or even care about resolving the issue. The lack of communication and accountability is utterly frustrating and unacceptable.
I expected much better service, especially considering the amount of money I paid for my stay. It's disheartening that a hotel would falsely charge guests and then completely disregard their concerns. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place if they value honesty and proper customer service.
