The Sheraton Pentagon City is VERY well located for getting around the D.C. area. The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from Reagan National Airport, and the nearest Metro (subway) station. There is a shopping mall at the station and discount and electronics stores across the street. The lobby was comfortable and clean. I noticed some wear and tear in elevators, hallways, (chipped floor tiles mostly), and 1970's cottage cheese ceilings throughout the property. The bed was VERY COMFORTABLE, and the room was clean and bright. Potomac Restaurant offers a daily brunch buffet that was lovely and worth the price. The staff were always courteous, friendly, and helpful. The bar and restaurant workers included. The overall quality of service was consistently high, prompt, and professional. We would gladly return to this hotel on future trips to D.C.

Inexpensive, nothing fancy, pleasant front desk. 2 of 3 elevators were out when checking in, lengthy delay for single elevator. Room was basic, bathroom floor could use a scrubbing otherwise ok. Number of plugs didn't work, maintenance came expeditiously when remote stopped working. Would stay there agin.

The location is good. The hotel shuttle is good. There were broken tiles outside the elevator. Inside the room - dirty/stained towel, dirty/stained sheet, dirty/stained ironing board, rusted luggage rack, refrigerator inside drink holder broken, table stained and ruined with deep impressions, air conditioner is extremely loud, bathroom falling apart and in need of repairs - cracks, water stains, holes in wall, tube cracks and deep scratches.

The hotel is badly in need of refurbishment. The bathroom had small problems - torn curtain and rust. The bedroom has heating that is hard to adjust and the fan runs constantly and noisily.

Not the best customer seevice.
They never came to fix my coworkers AC into when it came on suddenly on the middle of the night nor did they replace my coffeemaker when the one in the room did not work and o was staying another night. The shuttle is nice to have and the food was good at the restaurant.The front desk was totally non-responsive so don’t know if I will risk staying here again.

I have stayed at many Sheraton Hotels before and this was subpar at best. The sink in my hotel room bathroom had a huge crack in it. The water would not get warm in the sink, I called down and they sent a "maintenance" guy up, he was not in any type of uniform, he actually had a tshirt in his back pocket and was very unprofessional asking me "do you have an issue?" As if no one told him what was going on. After he fixed that problem the shower went stone cold not long after, i simply just dealt with it because of the lack of professionalism I had previously encountered. The room smelled like mold. The refrigerator made a weird popping sound during my entire stay. And the breakfast buffet was way too expensive. I was not aware that this was not included in the amenities and it was not worth the price. I do not think i will ever stay at this establishment again. The price I paid was not worth it at all.

Hotel was good but my room was not worth the price in my opinion (i got the two beds). Bathroom was very small. Tub faucet needed recaulking. Lack of a great view. Lobby was very nice and it had a restaurant. Personally feel the room could be bigger and have more space for the price.

The hotel itself isn't in bad shape it's just dated and has some of those 'older hotel' issues, like the door latch getting stuck Every. Single. Time. you open or shut the door, and just generally not as updated a comparable hotels in the area. It's in a good location, and parking is included which is great. Has a shuttle to get to the metro/ pentagon city. My only big issue was the kid at the front desk really didn't know what was going on.
