The Space:
Sleeping 10, this house is perfect for any group or family! The recent renovations converted the downstairs basement from an independent living unit to part of the overall house. As a result, it may seem unusual for there to be two kitchens and two sets of washer dryers in this house. But you deserve luxury so why not two kitchens and two sets of W/Ds? Treat yourself and your family :)

Located along Highway 1 near the Potomac River, Potomac West is a vibrant neighborhood offering easy access to historic Downtown Alexandria. Its tree-lined streets are home to upscale residences and luxury apartments for rent. While the area’s central location leads to higher rent, there are also more affordable housing options. Across Highway 1, Potomac Yard Center features a variety of stores, retailers, and grocers, with additional dining and shopping options nearby. Mount Vernon Avenue offers charming local restaurants, cafés, specialty shops, and a farmers market. Several subway stations provide convenient access to Washington, DC, just seven miles north.

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
