The property charged a $30 destination fee and $65 for overnight valet parking, which turned out to be a very poor experience. The valet entered our license plate information incorrectly, and when we requested our car to go to dinner, they were unable to locate it. We ultimately had to show the valet a photo of our vehicle and license plate before it could be found, which took approximately 30 minutes and caused us to be late for our reservation. Additionally, it has been over a week since our stay and a $100 incidental charge is still pending on my account. Between the valet issues, delays, and unresolved pending charges, the experience was frustrating and not worth the additional fees.

Ive never had a stay that was louder. From the train noise to the mass amounts of unsupervised teens rubbing up and down the hallways screaming and slamming doors til midnight and again at 6 am - it was a miseravle experience.

My stay was okay. The door to the shower was broke and the room temperature kept dropping causing my room to get very cold then it would go back up where it got really hot. That caused me to switch my room on Saturday. The receptionist lady with blonde hair I believe her name is kitty was very rude about my issue, it took me 5 times to go down there for her to do something about it. When the people finally came to my room he came with an air filter & never put it in. I got sick that Saturday night & woke up that morning with a bad cold that I’m still getting over. Other then that, beautiful hotel.
