The proximity of this property to the airport and the National Mall are the only positive things about it. The valet is absolutely chaotic, unorganized and delays traffic on a busy through street. The Lavazza machine in the room saved the day and the room was cleaned well & tidy. On my check-out day, the brunch experience at Sly in the penthouse was horrible. The restaurant was not packed and service was extremely slow. There were 5 things wrong with my order, they even brought out a food item that was not ordered and not even on the brunch menu. I asked for a French toast for my 7 year old daughter and the French toast was completely raw inside. It was a disgrace to even have been offered 30% off of a meal when the entire experience was subpar and not what we expect from a Hilton line of hotels.

The room was very good . Photos dont do the property justice . It feels new and the staff are very friendly and helpful and the Noma location is close to everything one may need including the Metro next door . Highly recommended

Rooms are clean and pretty, with lots of storage space for clothes. Would have been preferred a desk or working space in the room - there was only a small round table and two chairs that were more suited for putting shoes on that for working. Otherwise great hotel.
