The balcony doors to the room were quite old and difficult to open. There was no AC apparently the city does not allow them to be turned on until April 1. It was 80° outside, 75° in the room they were able to get us a box fan the rooms are good 10-15 minute walk to the metro

Everything was amazing -literally not a thing to complain about. Couldn’t have been happier. Super clean and comfy and every person very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect.

The Hotel double-billed me for my stay and now won't reimburse me. They tell you one thing when you contact them and then deny the reimbursement through Orbitz and Hotel Trader. Do NOT give this establishment your business or they will rob you blind!

Nice affordable hotel

The Normandy hotel is conveniently located north of DuPont circle. It's a 15 minutes walk from DC Metro. Staff are all friendly and helpful and very nice. They offer complimentary cheese and wine in late afternoon and breakfast for purchase in the morning. I recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting DC.

This is a nice hotel. Older property but for the most part well maintained. They work hard to provide good service and it shows.
