This property is a little outdated. It is pet friendly so you can smell that in the hallways. The staff was super friendly when we checked in. We had an early morning flight and they let us check in early which was so fabulous. The area around the hotel is also amazing. It is very walkable, and there are a ton of shopping, dining, and entertainment areas. I spent such little time in the room, that the outdated property was insignificant.

From the moment I entered the Westin the employees were so warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the property has plenty amenities (jacuzzi was my favorite). I’ll definitely visit again if back in town.

The hotel is clean and in a great location. However, my favourite part of hotel stays. Is returning to a clean room after a day out. It seems that the housekeeping staff, does a very sloppy job turning the room.

This property was not upgraded for the amount of money. Location was great but rooms are gross. Tub had stains and pieces falling from fixtures, hotel did not respect the ‘do not disturb’ sign and interrupted an important meeting, carpets had stains. Not the quality I expected from a holiday inn let alone a Westin property. Unfortunately we were not able to change rooms and were stuck for days here. Will never stay here again. Nice lobby though.

I was attending a conference and wanted to visit some of my Arlington fall favs without breaking the bank or being too far away from restaurants. This is my special spot! Several highly rated restaurants with reasonable prices nearby, and a restaurant in the hotel that is great for dinner. Took in the Renwick before I checked in. Great staff!
