I had an enjoyable stay here. My Aunt was impressed with the pics of Eleanor Roosevelt and a young JFK. Nice solid hotel. I would stay there again.

Very unhappy that we didnt get the room we had no fireplace like the room said and the indoor pool was out of service and couldn’t be used and that I was doubled charged on my credit card and now I have to wait days to get my money after I had paid in cash they charged my card anyway. There were no other rooms to switch us to. This was our anniversary weekend and purposely got booked the room with a working fireplace and jacuzzi room because we knew it was going to rain and couldn’t use the outdoor pool or do anything outside.

My stay for 2 nights was fine & the breakfast was very good. My room was clean. However, Every time I opened the door to my room, I got a strong odor that smelled like dirty wet socks or wet dog. I think the carpet needs replacing.

Well maintained - people at the desk are always friendly and helpful. I always stay here when I come for concerts at Tanglewood. Breakfast is quite good - and now they make omelettes to order on weekends.

It was like an old fashioned motel. Music and voices filtered in from room next door. Air conditioner sounded like a freight train going through the room. Mattress not especially comfortable or good for back. For the price it was subpar. Having spent 2 weekends before in CT. & MN, I was disappointed. When I asked at the front desk to stay shortly after checkout time, I was told to be out as close to 11 as possible. Needless to say we decided to evacuate immediately.
