The night worker should be given customer service classes. She was very rude, treated us very badly, and even called the police on us because of a crying baby. I don't recommend this place. If you want to have a nice and good experience, go to the Hampton Inn.

Fantastic!

The night shift did above and beyond to accommodate us upon our late arrival. All the staff that we talk to were very polite and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Excellent services!!! The manager is absolutely doing a fantastic job. Also, the breakfast was very nice.

It was a sign of the times when people feel that they can smoke pot in the hotel. This has to be one of the most disgusting smells and those that smoke it have no clue. The front desk manager was quick to respond and moved us and I believed tracked down the guilty. The breakfast was simple and acceptable. No bacon.

The setup of the hotel was extremely noisy. Very unfortunate set up.The slamming doors, hallway noise as guests walked by and the bell of the not-so-nearby elevator made this stay truly uncomfortable. The hotel was not very busy. The staff was friendly, however the extreme noisiness of the hotel earned 1 maybe 2 stars. I would never stay again.

We got a noise complaint for literally watching television at 11pm. No other noises were made, and the volume setting was still very low. Highly recommend choosing another hotel in the area like Hilton or holiday inn. Other tenants might be nicer there.
