Toilet was plugged. Maintenance came with a snake. Front desk accused us of flushing a toy. I got a plunger myself and cleared it with four pumps. A 9 year old at breakfast approached the waffle area and the woman managing breakfast yelled at him saying he needed an adult. The boy started crying and indicated he just wanted more syrup. Overall, a good ecperoence ... staff could just use a little coaching.

What is there not to say about this place. This Hotel will meet your needs for any age. How about a soak in the Hot tub, swim 🏊‍♂️ in the pool. And of course the WATER SLIDE. Soo fun. Hotel room was clean and met our needs for our family. The gal at the desk was kind , smiled and met our needs to. Where all excited to go back again. Thank you Best Western Hotels 👍

The people in the adjoining room, who had children, were noisy, early in the morning. It was almost like they were bowling in the hallway. So we goy up earlier then planned. Then we went down for breakfast, all the tables were occupied or saved for family members. There was one table available so I went to the service door and asked the person in there for a wash rag so I could clean a table. That person deemed very unstable, like he was having a hard time thinking through process, I couldn't decide if they were feeling the effects if alcohol or maybe even disabled. The waffle maker, the one on the left with the 4 smaller waffles really needed spray as everyone who made a waffle from that machine couldn't get them out. Really could use a third machine for weekends. The service person came out to do stocking and was again distracted and very slow at filling the creamer and sugar containers at the coffee station.
