The people in the adjoining room, who had children, were noisy, early in the morning. It was almost like they were bowling in the hallway. So we goy up earlier then planned. Then we went down for breakfast, all the tables were occupied or saved for family members. There was one table available so I went to the service door and asked the person in there for a wash rag so I could clean a table. That person deemed very unstable, like he was having a hard time thinking through process, I couldn't decide if they were feeling the effects if alcohol or maybe even disabled. The waffle maker, the one on the left with the 4 smaller waffles really needed spray as everyone who made a waffle from that machine couldn't get them out. Really could use a third machine for weekends. The service person came out to do stocking and was again distracted and very slow at filling the creamer and sugar containers at the coffee station.

New wing great, old wing not so much
We have stayed here often over the last couple of years and the north wing is fantastic. Bigger rooms, better bathroom. The west wing is something to be desired. The carpet in the west wing made our kids feet black on the bottom. Entire room is jus was just blah. Breakfast is nice and equal to any other hotel. The water slide and pool area are great for the kids. Overall worth the price if you stay in the north wing. There should be a $50 difference in price if you stay in the west wing..

Dissatisfied with dogs
After the barking dogs next door checked out, our stay definitely improved. I can't believe hotels now allow dogs. I am extremely allergic not to mention the constant barking drove me crazy. In the lobby a dog actually jumped up on me and chased me. Not sure i will stay here again despite the fact that my kids love the pool and water slide.

We had a great time in the pool every day! The room was clean, breakfast was pretty good, and everyone was nice. Only complaint would be the water pressure in the showers is terrible, but I would still stay again!

This is the place to stay in Watertown SD
The staff at this hotel were so friendly, helpful and nice. The breakfast has a few Gluten Free options ( just ask ) Great location for kids big and small

The lobby smelled bad and the hallway smelled strong of propane. Was told it’s the dryers. Our room smelled like wet dog it was awful. Floor/carpet was sticky and felt dirty on bare feet.

Great place to stay if you have kids. They have an amazing water park in the hotel. That having been said, it is pretty pricey
