I am very disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, I encountered multiple issues that left me highly dissatisfied.
Firstly, the initial room and bed were extremely uncomfortable, which made it impossible to get a good night’s rest. I was also taken aback by the lack of professionalism and warmth from your staff, who did not seem welcoming at all. Additionally, the amenities provided in the room, such as soap and shampoo, were not sufficient for three guests.
When I requested an extra bed, for which I was charged $10 per day, I was shocked to receive a dirty, rusted mattress that was completely unhygienic and unsuitable for use. It was appalling to think that this bed could be offered to guests, given the potential health risks from germs and bacteria. SO I REFUSED IT.
Overall, this experience has left me with a very negative impression of your hotel, and I will not be staying at Travelodge again. I hope you take these concerns seriously to improve the experience for future guests.
