Manitou springs is a great place to relax. The mineral water is excellent but the pool area needs some renovations.

Terrible

Terrible place to stay. The girl at the front desk was rude and impatient. Elevator was broken and we had to climb to the 3rd floor. Elderly people where having to slowly climb stairs, while their elderly family members hauled their walkers up flights of stairs! Parking at the rear for 3rd floor was limited! Restaurant food was ok, but the server we had seemed unsure of how to prepare our drink orders and when she dropped my garnish from my drink and onto the floor, she never replaced it! Very disappointing !! We wont ever return!

Enjoy going to this Spa and walking/snowshoeing around the area. What we didn't like was there was no microwave unit in room. We were told that the type of room we were in that Microwaves were not supplied but can use the one in the lobby. We were on the 4th floor.

Nice spa for going with spouse,family or friends. Healthy water with a lot of mineral salts for relaxing and recovering from arthritis.

Slightly uncomfortable check-in

At the check-in we had a person that although the person was not rude he had a very strong body odour. I know this can be of cultural significance, however at 6 feet away it was honestly too strong.

We liked the whole experience. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Pools were great, lovely temps. Restaurant meals were excellent. Overall staff were awesome. Would recommend it. It was very cold outside so we liked the fact that we didn’t have to leave the building.
