Can easily drop off the rental car at the Spokane Airport and then walk to the hotel. The next morning I walked from the hotel to the airport for an early morning flight. They did have a shuttle that I could have taken.

Four individuals were staying in the room, we were not provided enough toilet paper (1 roll). Found stains on bedsheets tissue box in room was empty. Paid an additional $30 dollars for an early checking, room condition was not worth the price. Will not stay here again.

Room was clean, nice linens. Pool was nice for the kids but couldnt stay long as there was so much chorine it was burning everyones eyes. Slow checkin as only 1 person was working. Very convenient to the airport though. Would stay again.

Convenient location being on airport property and within walking distance but customer service was fine but you can’t call and make a reservation- they send you to a third party. Very annoying. Hotel is very outdated for what they charge a night to stay there, strange smell as well.

Second floor bouncy house?
Dirty floors, hair in bathroom. AND the guests in the room directly above us were jumping and carrying on loudly; husband called the front desk TWICE, asking for someone to deal with the noisemakers or move us to a different room before peace and quiet was established.
