Got charged $181 for two nights even though we already paid, was given the biggest ring around, about why we were being charged, only to have expedia fix it when it was the hotels fault. Thank Goodness for Expedia!
Other then that issue of having someone work the front desk who has no idea what they're doing, it was a nice hotel. And all the staff was very courteous! One even going beyond to offering us money due to her co-workers mishap.
Clean premises, beautiful decorations in the lobby and in the rooms, the rooms were clean, breakfast was wonderful, besides the second morning we came down a bit later in the morning and there wasn't much of anything left with an hour left until breakfast was over, no milk and the coffee machine was broke.
If it wasn't for the issue at the beginning I'd recommend this hotelm
