Ich bin sehr traurig,wollte dies 2 Nächte nutzen um am wasser besser luftvzu bekommen und mich zu erholen seit novrmber 23 war ich wegen schlimmen ssthmaanfällen nurvim Krankenhaus.wir haben extra angerufen und gefrwgt ob nichtraucher aber neben mir rauchten minfestestens 3cpersonen und alles zogvin mein zimmer,konnte nie lügten was wichtig idt für mich.habe garnicht geschlafen und mir ging es (habe keine Erstattung erhslten nichtmsl 50 euro)so schlecht dssvich gleich morgens weg musdte sonst jätte ich einen rtw rufen müssen.

Modernes Haus in super Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in Richtung der Bucht - ein Traum. Ohne Auto muss man allerdings wirklich gut zu Fuß sein.

Sehr zufrieden
Da Hotel ist sehr modern, sauber, freundliche Mitarbeiter und parken konnten wir auch sehr gut. Mir taten jedoch die Mitarbeiterinnen beim Frühstück sehr leid, da es voll war und sie es kaum schafften, alles schnellstmöglich nachzufüllen. Mich hat es nicht gestört, dass es manchmal etwas länger dauerte.

Neues Hotel in Top Lage
Ein schönes Hotel in Toplage am Wedeler Hafen. Ausreichend große Zimmer, gute Betten. Sehr freundliches Personal - ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt

Man hatte das Gefühl, der erste Gast im Zimmer zu sein . Allerdings fehlte noch der knauf an der duschtür, und das Zimmer wurde auch nicht gereinigt. Also alles in allem gut mit viel Luft nach oben

Alles was goed en de omgeving was prachtig, behalve de disco in de nacht, waardoor ik niet kon slapen. Geen idee of het uit hotel kwam of ernaast, maar je kon alles goed horen, terwijl er geen ramen open waren. Dat was wel jammer, daarom ook 4 sterren

I was in Wedel from 14 till 16 jun 2024, first of all I have booked because of the water view and I got a room with land View, then they told me they have no room free I have to accept the only offer, then morning at 7 till 8 clock noise in the corridor, unbelievable 😌, and after few moments the service from hotel open with his card my room without knocking 😡, the reception of hotel was very kind and helpful, by check out I was 25 minutes late, but they have kindly accepted, at all this hotel is not price value, you can find much better places with same offer. I just toke some minutes to share my view in order to help others

Der Frühstücksraum wird auch für Feiern vermietet. Sehr laut in den darüberliegenden Zimmern mit Hafenblick! Um 1.00 Uhr nachts war die Terrasse voll mit lautfeiernden Partygästen. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken! Beschwerde wurde sehr nett von der Dame an der Rezeption entgegengenommen. Man wollte die Geschäftsführung informieren, da sich bereits einige Gäste beschwert hatten! Kein entgegenkommen, nichts! Wir werden das Hotel nicht wieder betreten! Wir werden auch mit unseren Freunden in Wedel darüber sprechen!

Nice new hotel, comfortable beds (although an additional pillow would have been nice), nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast was to the small side, to the price charged one would have expected more, but they had free parking.
