My family and parents spent 2 nights in the townhouse. The location is great, you can walk to town and there are great coffee shops and food outlets nearby. The property has been well set up to maximise the footprint. It is spread over several floors (which my elderly father found a bit challenging). The main kitchen/lounge isn’t the biggest but this is balanced by each floor having their own breakout space. We were some of the first guests to stay and while we had minor teething problems (missing supplies), I can’t speak highly enough of Rhys as a host. He was very responsive and went out his way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Given his attentive nature, I’ve no doubt future guests will have a seamless experience.Nb. Wellington traffic is a little tricky to get your head around. It can get busy, there are a lot of one-way streets, traffic wardens aplenty, the parking is zoned and prices vary. The property is right on the edge of the city zone so I’d encourage you to park cheaply outside the city zone and walk this lovely city.
