Very basic. Far too expensive for what we got. Not even open in the morning to get coffee or breakfast, when we were told that we could buy breakfast 🙁

Perfectly placed lodging
This was an amazing 2 day getaway. The motel is so cute and is in the valley you are surrounded by mountains. Close enough to wellsboro which is such a cute town. Close to cherry springs but you can see the stars just as well from the property. The pond is so cool you can hear all kinds of crazy frogs. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the family is so friendly who run it. We will definitely be staying here again
