Very comfortable and clean rooms, lots of parking. Kids loved the pool. We were there day after christmas so it was packed, only complaint is there was not enough food available for all guests at the breakfast. Otherwise really nice stay

The only detail I would reevaluate is the breakfast. It cannot be called breakfast. They are packaged ready-made snacks that you heat in the microwave. Industrial boiled eggs from some company. There is not even any fruit available or even bread for those who do not eat bacon and ham from ready-made snacks. Breakfast is really far below the minimum it should be.

We stayed here, just 28 minutes from Leavenworth, and the bed was very comfortable. It even snowed while we were in Wenatchee. We loved watching the snow from our room, and the view of the mountains was breathtaking. We can't wait to return.

Not clean at all. Feels like the cleaning staff is overwhelmed and not supported to do a good job by the company. Also the beds and linens are super worn out. This property is past its prime and I just felt sorry for the staff. Wishing the company would invest in their property and staff and make it nice again. Probably will not stay here in the future.

Check in was late and we did not find this out until we arrived planning to get ready for dinner. Check in is at 4 and we didn’t get into our room until 5:45. I called earlier earlier in the day to see if it was possible if we could arrive earlier and they said first come first serve if you’re there at 2:30. Glad we didn’t do that because that would have wasted even more time.

Upon checking in, one of the staff at the front desk was not friendly and was off putting. This person gave me the paper to sign and just push me to move along. I was given no explanation that there will be a fee that they charge for damages but will reverse when I check out. Within 30 min of check in, I got a text notification to my phone for charges from the hotel so I went back to reception to ask them about it. It would have been nice if this staff communicated this in the initial check in since it is a reasonable charge. We took our kids to the swimming pool and the towels were super small and thin so don’t be surprised. Our room with two queen size bed weren’t too bad. It look spacious with just enough room for my family with young kids. Unfortunately, our room was right next to the elevator so we can hear every single person who comes through that elevator at night. Needless to say, we can hear everyone who steps out of that elevator.
