Will happily stay here again.
We originally booked a rental off that was dirty and nasty and not clean, last minute we needed to find a new place to stay and came across this and at 9:30 at night we were super happy. The continental breakfast and all the staff made for an awesome stay.

Great customer service at the front desk. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay when I Wenatchee. My only suggestion would be non slip mats in the shower and a fan in the bathroom. Our bathroom had a smell of old water it smelled wet. But other then that great stay.

My partner and I stayed here to stay near Leavenworth and this hotel was very accommodating to our late check in and late check out. The breakfast was included and the food was pretty good! I heard there were blueberry waffles as was quite excited but I think the reviewer meant blueberry muffins and not waffles. Overall a really great stay!

Comfortable but funky smell
The good: very friendly and helpful staff, daily room service (pre-covid style), very comfortable beds, quiet rooms, great location, breakfast is pretty good. The bad: They allow pets - which is great if you have one, but we didn't and our room smelled like animal pee and the carpet was suspiciously stained. The bathroom fan didn't work, contributing to the funky smell. Also the seating area for breakfast is FAR too small. There was no where for me and my kids to sit which was very frustrating.

Nice property and friendly staff. I am disappointed that I chose this hotel because they have a hot tub, but when i tired to use it, the hot tub was not working. Notified hotel staff but thru couldn't get it to work.
